How many students are in each class?
For the most enjoyable and comfortable learning experience in our French Country-style kitchen, cooking classes are limited to 4 students. This makes for an effective teaching environment and a perfectly intimate setting for individuals, couples, and smaller groups. Spaces do fill up fast, so be sure to reserve your spot in the kitchen as soon as possible.

Do you offer private cooking classes?
Yes. To hold your own private cooking class, please contact us for pricing and menu suggestions. We can also accommodate for larger groups, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home. We will bring over all the necessary equipment along with the recipe ingredients. You provide the guests

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?
Yes. You can purchase your gift certificate online here. Our gift certificates are good for any available class throughout the year and do not expire.

How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up for a class is real simple thanks to PayPal. Take a look at our current class schedule and pick a class that piques your interests. Next to the Buy Now button, you will see the class price and the option to buy a cooking class for 1, 2, 3, or 4 people. Make the appropriate selection and proceed through to checkout. I’ve just signed up for my first cooking class… now what?
Do I need to bring anything to class?

Once we receive your order from Paypal, you will receive an email confirmation from us regarding class availability. If the class is available, we will go ahead and charge your credit card for the scheduled class. You’ll be all set to start cooking!

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please view our cancellation policy.

On the day of the class, please arrive on time. There is plenty of regular street parking on Goshen Avenue, as well as on our neighboring streets. Just be sure to note the street cleaning times and also the no parking times on Wilshire Boulevard.

We will provide you with the recipe cards and extra pen & paper if you need and also a chef’s apron for you to wear. (You are also welcome to bring your own apron.) All you need to bring is your appetite and a camera if you wish to take any photos of the food. Some students find it helpful to bring a camera along to class to photograph the various stages of the food preparation for easier reference later on. It’s easy to assume you’ll remember all the steps and not realize until you’re back at home in your own kitchen trying to recreate a recipe, that you’ve forgotten a few key details. It can be a great tool to have on hand.

If you’re really starving before class, don’t worry because there will be food for us to snack on while we’re cooking. We offer still and sparkling water to drink, but we do not provide any alcohol (unless it’s required for cooking). This helps keep our classes affordable while we focus on using more quality ingredients. You are always more than welcome to bring your own favorite beverage, bottle of wine or beer, but please drink responsibly.
